All orders are processed within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders will ship within 3-5 business days. All orders ship USPS priority. Tracking numbers are sent via email. Please be sure to provide us with your correct email address. Once USPS is in possession of packages, we are no longer responsible. If any issues should arise with the transit of your package, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777.

Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 3-5 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive a email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

We solely ship USPS. In some instances we will ship UPS if available in your area. If a certain carrier is requested please message us.

AlexisSkyy & Co. Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
